Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are set to move back into their recently renovated Los Angeles mansion, valued at approximately Rs 1600 crores (20million) according to a recent report by The Sun US. The property, which had forced the couple out due to mold issues, now appears refreshed in recent aerial photographs. Previously, the couple had initiated legal action following their displacement from the residence.
The Hollywood Hills mansion, where Priyanka and Nick, married since 2018, live with their two-year-old daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, seems almost finished in the most recent aerial images as revealed by The Sun US.
Following a mold infestation, Priyanka and Nick were compelled to vacate their Los Angeles residence, a situation outlined in a Page Six report from February 2024. The couple acquired the property shortly after their lavish December 2018 wedding in Rajasthan, only to find it nearly uninhabitable thereafter.
As per a report by the portal, a mold infestation in Nick and Priyanka’s luxurious Los Angeles mansion stemmed from water damage, initiating a legal dispute that has persisted since May 2023. The exclusive details obtained from a lawsuit by Page Six revealed that problems with the pool and spa emerged for the couple in April 2020 due to issues like ‘porous waterproofing’ that led to mold growth and associated complications.
Around the same time, as indicated in their complaint, a water leak manifested in the barbecue zone on the deck, affecting a section of the living space directly beneath it. The issues within the home rendered it nearly inhabitable and posed potential health dangers, as suggested by the couple.

According to the report, the LA mansion of the couple consists of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an entertainment lounge, a spa with steam shower, an indoor basketball court, an interior bowling alley, a full-service gym and a billiards room.
Priyanka and Nick are doting parents to a cute baby girl, named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, whom they welcomed via surrogacy in January 2022.
Recently, Priyanka along with her husband Nick and daughter Malti arrived in India. Upon her arrival, Priyanka graced an event in Mumbai, celebrated Holi with her family members in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, sought blessings at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Temple, and also marked her presence at her cousin sister Mannara Chopra’s birthday bash.
