Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Full List of 93 Seats and Key Candidates Voting in Phase 3
The third phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, covering 93 Lok Sabha constituencies across 11 states and union territories. The Elections Commission of India reports that 1,351 candidates will contest in this phase.
Originally, 94 constituencies across 12 states and Union Territories were set for polling on May 7. However, the BJP won uncontested in Surat, Gujarat. Also, the voting for the Anantnag-Rajouri seat in Jammu and Kashmir has been postponed to May 25. Additionally, the polling for Betul in Madhya Pradesh, initially set for the second phase on April 26, will also take place in the third phase on May 7.
In the upcoming third phase on May 7, voters will cast their ballots across 94 Lok Sabha seats spanning 10 states and 2 union territories. All 26 seats in Gujarat will be contested in this single phase.
May 7 is the scheduled date for the third round of voting in the 18th Lok Sabha Elections, covering 94 seats across 10 states and two Union Territories (UT).
Previous phases saw significant voter turnout: 66.14 percent in Phase 1 on April 19 and 66.71 percent in Phase 2 on April 26. Voters in Assam (4 seats), Bihar (5), Chhattisgarh (7), Goa (2), Gujarat (26), Karnataka (14), Madhya Pradesh (8), Maharashtra (11), Uttar Pradesh (10), West Bengal (4), Jammu and Kashmir (1), and the Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (2) will cast ballots during this phase of the election.
