In a dazzling inaugural ceremony at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, the Indian Street Premier League welcomed a galaxy of celebrities, including Akshay Kumar, Ram Charan, Suriya, and Sachin Tendulkar. These luminaries stole the show, dancing to the beats of the popular ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from S.S. Rajamouli’s blockbuster, R.R.R.
Representing different realms of Bollywood, South Indian cinema, and cricket, the league featured Ram Charan for Falcon Risers Hyderabad, Suriya owning the Chennai team, Akshay Kumar leading Srinagar Ke Veer, and Sachin Tendulkar heading Team Master’s 11. The three Khans – Salman, Aamir, and Shah Rukh – added to the spectacle, showcasing their dance moves on various Bollywood hits.

The grand finale witnessed the trio of Salman, Aamir, and Shah Rukh dancing to the Hindi version of ‘Naacho Naacho,’ concluding with Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic hand gesture. This star-studded opening not only celebrated the Indian Street Premier League but also showcased the unity of the Indian entertainment and sports industries.

During the grand pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the three iconic Khans – Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir – added another layer of entertainment, dancing to the hit track ‘Naatu Naatu.’

The T10 league commenced with the clash between Srinagar Ke Veer and Majhi Mumbai, all matches scheduled in Mumbai. Teams owned by actors from Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu cinema added star power – Amitabh Bachchan (Majhi Mumbai), Akshay Kumar (Srinagar Ke Veer), Hrithik Roshan (Bangalore Strikers), Suriya (Chennai Singhams), Ram Charan (Falcon Risers Hyderabad), and Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan (Tiigers of Kolkata).
The enchanting Oscar-winning melody, “Naatu Naatu,” not only debuted at the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) but also took center stage at the pre-wedding gala of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar, Gujarat. In an unforeseen and delightful moment, the trio of Bollywood stalwarts Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan graced the event with their dance moves, synchronizing to the iconic rhythm of “Naatu Naatu.” The song added a touch of Bollywood glamour to the already grand celebration.
Ram Charan, born on March 27, 1985, is a prominent Indian actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He belongs to the illustrious Chiranjeevi family, with his father being the legendary actor and politician, Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan entered the film industry with his debut in 2007, starring in the film “Chirutha,” which earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South.
His breakthrough came with the 2009 blockbuster “Magadheera,” a historical fantasy film that not only showcased his acting prowess but also became one of the highest-grossing Telugu films at that time.
